A recent wedding photoshoot with a great and fun couple Youssef & Marise, celebrated Jan 17th 2010.
The idea was to get a real funky music video feel behind the shoot.

Parvana & Kaihan were a really fun couple to work with on the day. They were just happy to go with the flow and enjoy their time.
Wanting something a little different from the norm, we put together their morning in a little more of a fashion video style.

Again just a little highlight reel of some areas we covered with this cool couple for their photoshoot.

Josh, Anita and myself headed out to Melbourne’s CBD to shoot a pre-wedding video for their upcoming wedding in June.
We all had a ball and i’m looking forward to their big day.

Spent the day getting these gorgeous shots of baby Ruby Jean. We started with a couple of nice close ups and candids and progressed to some fun shots with her mum and dad Melissa had everything planned out and there were plenty of costumes for us to choose from. Ruby Jean was named after Marilyn Monroe thus the reason for all the Marilyn books on the last picture! Can’t wait till we see you again next time Ruby Jean! (more…)

The 2nd chapter of our mock wedding shoot at Mont Salvat with our models Renee and Arlo. Was a pretty challenging start with the wind and rain starting to come down but the soft light was amazing to shoot in. Look at the colors pop Can’t wait till we get a booking for a real wedding at Mont Salvat. The day went spiffingly well without a hitch and both our models were ‘da bomb’. (more…)

We had a little bit of spare time so we organised a faux wedding shoot at Mont Salvat with our gorgeous models, to come up with some new marketing material for Candy Box Photography. The short 2 hour shoot at Mont Salvat consisted of 4 models, 3 photographers, 3 assistants., and a video grapher. The whirlwind of a day saw gorgeous lighting, a tumble here and there and lots of smiles and laughter. Thanks again to everyone involved till next time!. We arrived at Golden Monkey exhausted after our 10 hour wedding shoot that got extended not once but twice! Once we got inside, it was a different story. We couldn’t help but be blown away by Golden Monkeys interior decor, it was a mix that reminded us of 1960’s China. But it made for an extremely challenging time with hardly any ambient light. Luckily we always come prepared and out came our speedlights.

There was food, drinks, good friends, close family.. what more could the birthday girl ask for? Why a Super Mario cake of course! From Gautier Cupcakes. Happy Birthday Katlin! We are glad you chose us to share this special day with.
